It's tough being the senior dog in the pack, even if you usually get the prime seat on the couch and can rest your chin on the arm. First they bring in a younger brother, whom you have to raise and show the ropes. Then a baby sister, who's really a pest.
But now things are really out of control. A cat wants to join the pack! Worse, he thinks he deserves a place on the couch! If I weren't in the middle of my nap, I'd put an end to that idea right now. But then again, I might lose my place.
