Basset Hounds  love Christmas, Chanukah, Chinese New Year, and every other holiday  that brings together lots of family and good food.  Sometimes they become over-exuberant.

Shown here is the aftermath of a traditional holiday game Basset puppies enjoy, "racing around the Christmas tree."  Mom has pleasant memories of a similar tree toppling with her own siblings. She can rest easily, knowing that none of her five pups is being naughty or acting out.
