$45No creature on earth is as welcoming as a Basset. Every homecoming is a joyous event when you're greeted by a Basset! Friends, acquaintances, strangers, and even burglars are welcomed with unbridled delight.
This often involves not only a fairly elaborate dance, but several elated yips, jumps, and whirls. One of our girls always managed to find a toy to present to us when we appear.
These fine specimens are Virginians Jake and Max.
