I am always looking for Basset Hound souvenirs and toys for my grandchildren.  It occurred to me that puzzles would be fun for kids--and adults too. But finding someone to make quality puzzles at a price any sensible Basset owner would pay turned out to be a real challenge. Then I discovered Vratislav Doktor in the small town of Trencin in Slovakia.  We conducted our business over the Internet, and then my manager/ husband and I picked them up at his shop when we were in Eastern Europe recently. This allowed us not only the privilege of meeting Vrato and his staff, but also saved us shipping and duties to keep the price as low as possible!
