Bassets are extremely friendly and love welcoming guests to their home—even when, as in this case, the guest arrives in the middle of the night through the chimney and smells of reindeer! The jolly old elf has even brought a bag of special dog gifts with him, at least some of which are edible. It looks like he forgot about the time they got the pork chops off the counter. Let’s hope he comes again next year!!
